Since 1955, Christ-centered individuals, couples and families have created wonderful memories, fun-filled holidays, laughter, joy, and companionship, travel adventures in and around Sunnybreeze. We are a 55+ Christian retirement community which has a deep appreciation for our Spiritual life, our History, our People, and care for visiting Pastors and Missionaries seeking rest at the Shepard’s Fold. We value our simplicity of life, fellowship and making new friends, our deep desire to live a passionate life with our Savior Jesus Christ.

About Us

Our community is nestled in a country atmosphere, set against the beautiful natural Florida landscape of trees and lush vegetation. Our center has many activities: entertainment, swimming pool, community centre, RV sites, villas surrounding "our" Lake Erie. Peace River with its abundance of wild life, myriads of birds and its calming water makes for beautiful sunset boat rides, kayaking or fresh water fishing. In the center of our community is Sunnybreeze Golf Course while nearby are beaches, restaurants, boating, Coastal water fishing many recreational activities and shopping.

We are centrally located in South West Florida 10 miles north of Punta Gorda, between Sarasota and Fort Myers in Sunny Florida.

Jill Price has an extraordinary memory that has stunned scientists. In 2006, her overdeveloped memory was described in a scientific journal article, “A Case of Unusual Autobiographical Remembering.” Price has no special aptitude for memorizing lists of words, numbers, facts, or languages. But she does remember what happened to her on any given day over the last 30 years. Name any date and Price will tell you what day of the week it was, the weather, what she had for breakfast, the TV programs she watched, and the people she spoke with.
